ABOUT
Noah Lifschey is a Los Angeles-based composer and acoustic multi-instrumentalist specializing in hybrid scores for film, animation, and games.
From award-winning films to Marvel Studios, Noah focuses on character-driven composition rather than background wallpaper. His process draws from literature, art, and lived experience to blend live acoustic performances with a specialized analog synth lab featuring an expansive modular synth system.
Directors seek Noah out for music that is as specific, alive and surprising as their storytelling. His creative process results in scores that feel like they grew inside the story, an approach utilized for projects including Marvel Studios (Making of Black Widow/Deadpool/Wolverine), The Academy Awards, Rag & Bone VR (with Thom Yorke) and films by directors such as Ngozi Onwurah.
Noah’s awards include Best Score at the 2025 Calgary Independent Film Festival and a 2022 HMMA nomination for Best Emerging Film Composer. He is an artist endorsed by Steinberg, Dynaudio Pro, and Tendrils Modular.
